We get serious wind off the lake in Boulder City, so durability was our top priority. City Seamless installed a combination Alumawood cover — solid panels over the main patio and lattice extending over the walkway to the garage. They used heavy-duty fasteners and deeper footings to account for the wind conditions in our area. We went through a strong windstorm two weeks after installation and the structure didn’t budge. The crew was respectful of our older home’s character and the Royal Brown color blends right in. They pulled the Boulder City permit and handled the inspection. Solid company.
