Replaced our aging wood cover in Green Valley with Elitewood Classic — no more maintenance.
We had an aging wood patio cover on our Green Valley home that was cracking and faded after twenty-some years in the sun. City Seamless removed it and installed an Elitewood Classic solid cover in Desert Sand. The difference is night and day — no more peeling paint, no more splinters falling on the patio furniture. The crew handled our Henderson building permit and matched our HOA color requirements without us having to chase anything down. The whole project took two days. We should have done this ten years ago.

Insulated Elitewood Ultra transformed our south-facing Seven Hills patio — cooler by far.
The insulated patio cover City Seamless installed on our south-facing Seven Hills patio is a game changer. Before, the concrete was untouchable by 11 AM and our dogs couldn't even walk out there. Now there's a real temperature difference underneath — you can actually feel the heat being blocked. They used the Elitewood Ultra line with the Kynar 500 finish and a 30-year warranty. The installers also ran electrical for two ceiling fans and four recessed lights, all hidden inside the panel raceways. Professional from start to finish.

Alumawood lattice for our Summerlin pool area — HOA approved on the first try.
We needed a patio cover for our pool area in The Trails and went with a lattice design from City Seamless. It filters the sun perfectly — enough shade to sit comfortably but still lets light through so the pool area doesn’t feel closed in. The Alumawood lattice looks like real cedar but I know I’ll never have to sand or stain it. Cody came out for the estimate, gave us a fair price on the spot, and the crew was done in a day and a half. The Champagne color matches our stucco exactly. Our Summerlin HOA approved it without a single revision.

Replaced our 30-year-old Sun City Summerlin patio cover — insulated panels and ceiling fans.
My husband and I are retired in Sun City Summerlin and our original patio cover from the early 90s was falling apart. City Seamless replaced it with an insulated Alumawood cover and added two ceiling fans. The old structure barely provided shade — this one actually blocks the heat. The insulated panels have a foam core that makes a real difference when it’s 110 out. They pulled the permit, handled everything with the city, and cleaned up like they were never here. The Brown color is a perfect match for our trim. Very happy we went with them.

Solid Elitewood cover on our large Anthem patio — full span, no center posts.
City Seamless installed a solid Elitewood cover on our Anthem home and it has completely changed how we use the backyard. We have a large patio — about 18 by 14 feet — and they engineered it to span the full area without any center posts blocking the view. The solid panels block 100 percent of the sun, which matters on our west-facing patio that used to be brutal by 2 PM. They matched the Beige color to our Anthem HOA palette and handled the Henderson permit. Installation took two days. Quality work.

Honest recommendation and clean installation for our new Inspirada home.
Our Inspirada home was built without any patio cover, and we lasted exactly one summer before calling City Seamless. They installed a solid Alumawood cover with recessed lighting and an electrical outlet for our TV. The crew was careful around our new landscaping and left everything spotless. Cody was honest about what we needed — talked us out of lattice and explained why solid made more sense for our east-west exposure. The permit process with Henderson was handled entirely by them. Our neighbors have already asked for their number.

Premium Elitewood Ultra with custom columns — built to match our Lake Las Vegas home.
We wanted a patio cover for our Lake Las Vegas home that looked like it was designed with the house, not bolted on as an afterthought. City Seamless delivered. They used the Elitewood Ultra line with custom decorative columns and a two-tone color scheme — Cameo on the roof panels, Almond on the posts and beams. The driftwood grain texture is stunning and the Kynar 500 finish comes with a 30-year warranty. They also factored in the wind conditions near the lake with heavier-duty fasteners. This is premium work and worth every dollar.

Solid Alumawood on our Aliante home — great work, just allow lead time during busy season.
We built our house in Aliante three years ago and the builder didn’t include any patio cover. The backyard was a furnace. City Seamless came out, explained our options, and we went with a solid Alumawood cover in White to match the house. The installation was clean and fast — one and a half days. They pulled the North Las Vegas permit and handled the HOA submission for us. One note — it took about three weeks from estimate to installation because they were busy, but they were upfront about the timeline from day one. The cover itself is exactly what we needed.

Freestanding lattice pool cover in Skye Canyon — expertly designed around our roofline.
City Seamless built a freestanding Alumawood structure over our pool area in Skye Canyon. We didn’t want it attached to the house because of the angle of our roofline, and they designed a freestanding setup with four columns that looks like it was always there. The lattice panels provide filtered shade around the pool without making it feel enclosed. They coordinated the column footings with our paver contractor so everything lined up. Really impressed with how the project came together. Licensed, permitted, and professional all the way through.

Combination insulated and lattice cover with electrical — perfect for our Southern Highlands layout.
We had City Seamless install a combination patio cover at our Southern Highlands home — solid insulated panels over the dining area and lattice extending over the side yard. Best of both worlds. The insulated section keeps the dining area dramatically cooler, and the lattice lets in the light where we wanted it. They ran electrical for a ceiling fan and four recessed lights in the solid section. The Adobe color complements our stucco perfectly. Cody was straightforward with pricing — no surprises, no hidden fees. This company has been around since 1976 and it shows in the quality of the work.

Heavy-duty RV carport in Centennial Hills — permitted, engineered, and built to last.
We needed a cover for our RV pad on the side of our Centennial Hills home. City Seamless built a freestanding aluminum carport structure that’s strong enough to handle wind and tall enough for our 32-foot Class A. They used heavier gauge posts and proper concrete footings. The permit process was handled by them — I didn’t have to call the city once. It’s not fancy, but it’s built right and it protects our RV from the UV that was destroying the decals and roof coating. They also install patio covers, which we’ll probably do next year for the backyard.

Solid Alumawood with ceiling fans in Mountains Edge — great product, recommend seeing colors in person.
City Seamless installed a solid Alumawood patio cover on our Mountains Edge home with two ceiling fans. The cover is well built and the fans make a huge difference — the patio went from unusable in summer to where we eat dinner most nights. The crew was professional and clean. My only minor note is that I wish they had brought physical color samples to the estimate instead of just photos on a tablet — the Desert Sand we picked looks slightly different in person than on screen, though it still works fine with our house. Overall a solid job and I’d use them again.

Wind-rated combination cover in Boulder City — held up perfectly through our first storm.
We get serious wind off the lake in Boulder City, so durability was our top priority. City Seamless installed a combination Alumawood cover — solid panels over the main patio and lattice extending over the walkway to the garage. They used heavy-duty fasteners and deeper footings to account for the wind conditions in our area. We went through a strong windstorm two weeks after installation and the structure didn’t budge. The crew was respectful of our older home’s character and the Royal Brown color blends right in. They pulled the Boulder City permit and handled the inspection. Solid company.

Insulated cover in Mesquite — real heat reduction in the Virgin River corridor.
Getting quality contractors to come to Mesquite is not always easy, but City Seamless came out right on schedule. We had an insulated Alumawood cover installed on our back patio with the 3-inch foam core panels. The heat out here in the Virgin River corridor is no joke — easily 115 in July — and the insulated panels make a genuine difference. The space underneath is noticeably cooler than the air temperature. They matched the gutter color to our stucco and handled the Mesquite building permit for us. Pricing was competitive with the local options and the quality was significantly better. Very satisfied.

Lattice cover for our Enterprise side yard — honest advice, perfect fit.
We had City Seamless install a lattice Alumawood cover over our side yard in Enterprise to create a shaded walkway between the house and the garage. It’s a narrow space — about 8 feet wide — and they designed it to fit perfectly without feeling cramped. The lattice cuts the sun by about half, which is enough to make the walkway comfortable in summer without blocking all the light. The Almond color matches our trim exactly. Cody gave us an honest assessment at the estimate and didn’t try to upsell us to a solid cover we didn’t need for that space. Licensed contractor, pulled the permit, done in one day. Simple project, done right.
