We had City Seamless install a combination patio cover at our Southern Highlands home — solid insulated panels over the dining area and lattice extending over the side yard. Best of both worlds. The insulated section keeps the dining area dramatically cooler, and the lattice lets in the light where we wanted it. They ran electrical for a ceiling fan and four recessed lights in the solid section. The Adobe color complements our stucco perfectly. Cody was straightforward with pricing — no surprises, no hidden fees. This company has been around since 1976 and it shows in the quality of the work.
