Our Inspirada home was built without any patio cover, and we lasted exactly one summer before calling City Seamless. They installed a solid Alumawood cover with recessed lighting and an electrical outlet for our TV. The crew was careful around our new landscaping and left everything spotless. Cody was honest about what we needed — talked us out of lattice and explained why solid made more sense for our east-west exposure. The permit process with Henderson was handled entirely by them. Our neighbors have already asked for their number.
