We had City Seamless install a lattice Alumawood cover over our side yard in Enterprise to create a shaded walkway between the house and the garage. It’s a narrow space — about 8 feet wide — and they designed it to fit perfectly without feeling cramped. The lattice cuts the sun by about half, which is enough to make the walkway comfortable in summer without blocking all the light. The Almond color matches our trim exactly. Cody gave us an honest assessment at the estimate and didn’t try to upsell us to a solid cover we didn’t need for that space. Licensed contractor, pulled the permit, done in one day. Simple project, done right.
