We built our house in Aliante three years ago and the builder didn’t include any patio cover. The backyard was a furnace. City Seamless came out, explained our options, and we went with a solid Alumawood cover in White to match the house. The installation was clean and fast — one and a half days. They pulled the North Las Vegas permit and handled the HOA submission for us. One note — it took about three weeks from estimate to installation because they were busy, but they were upfront about the timeline from day one. The cover itself is exactly what we needed.
